Troubleshooting Early Check-In and Late Check-Out Upsells

Learn what to do if guests are seeing wrong pricing or upsell messages aren't appearing correctly.

How Upsells Work

Besty's Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) upsells automatically offer guests the option to check in early or check out late for a fee. The pricing is based on the settings you've configured for each listing.

Where to Find Upsell Settings

Your upsell settings can be found under Settings → AI Messaging in your Besty dashboard. Here you can set the pricing and availability for ECI and LCO offers on each listing.

Viewing Completed Upsell Purchases

To see a list of upsell purchases guests have made:

  1. Go to the ROI tab in your Besty dashboard

  2. Look under the Completed section

Wrong Pricing Was Shown to a Guest

If a guest received an upsell offer with incorrect pricing, contact our team right away via chat or at support@getbesty.ai with the guest's name. We'll investigate and can correct the pricing or adjust the transaction as needed.

Upsell Messages Not Appearing

If your ECI or LCO offers aren't being sent to guests, check:

  • That upsells are enabled in Settings → AI Messaging

  • That pricing is set for the relevant listing

  • That Autopilot is active for those listings

If everything looks correct but offers still aren't going out, contact our team for assistance.
