Once Besty has been successfully synced to your PMS, the AI will begin to learn more about your communication style and messaging preferences. If you are using autopilot mode, the messaging tends to be a little more cautious than when it is in draft mode. As time goes on, Besty will learn your tone, so you’ll gradually see fewer edit requests and more approved requests.
Another great way to train Besty for data is by adding host notes. Once you have added a host note and saved it, the sandbox will disable while it syncs. Once completed you can return and test it on the new data that was entered via your new host note. You’ll be able to test it to see how well it responds or references that new information.
