If Besty isn't completely confident in providing an answer to the guest, it will generate a draft for your approval. Once the draft is created, you can review it, make edits, delete it, or send it. I totally understand that seeing a draft in your chat box might make it seem like it’s about to be sent, but rest assured, drafts will never be sent without your approval.
