Calculation

Multiple App Logins

It is calculated by checking if more than one driver was logged into the same tour on the same day. If so, it indicates multiple drivers accessed the tour, which can cause conflicts in the tour sequence and real-time tracking.

Low App Activity

Low app activity limits the app’s benefits and affects real-time tracking accuracy. It is flagged when usage is below 25% of the tour or if over 10% of sequence updates come from the scanner while the app was offline for more than 30 minutes.

“First waypoint” feature

Setting the 'First Waypoint' before the tour starting aligns the app's sequence with the driver's intended route.

It is calculated by checking if the feature was used before the tour. If not used within 30 minutes, and the driver followed less than 50% of the suggested sequence after the first stop, it indicates they did not follow the app’s recommended route from the start.

“Optimize the sequence” feature Overuse

Excessive use of the 'Optimize the Sequence' feature can lead to the tour being blocked within a few days.

It is calculated by checking how often the driver updates the route during a tour. If the feature is used more than 5 times, it indicates excessive sequence changes, and the tour is flagged.

Missed System Timeframes

Unnecessary timeframes disrupt app sequencing and lead to inaccurate ETAs. When the driver has more than 3 system timeframes, we check the delivery success rate for those timeframes. If more than 70% of the timeframes are missed, the tour is flagged.

Missed Driver Timeframes

Unnecessary timeframes lead to poor app sequencing and inaccurate ETAs. It is calculated by checking if the driver set more than 3 timeframes (either by themselves or a previous driver). If the delivery success rate falls below 70%, the tour is flagged, and the timeframes should be removed.

Wrong Start Time

An incorrect start time affects estimated arrival times (ETAs) and may lead to the tour being blocked. A tour is flagged if the entered start time differs from the first job completion time by more than 90 minutes, as significant deviations impact accuracy.

Low Sequence Fidelity

Not following the app sequence can result in the tour being blocked. If the driver's average sequence fidelity drops below 70%, it indicates frequent deviations and the need to follow the sequence more closely or optimize the route.

“Select next waypoint” feature overuse

The "Select Next Waypoint" feature is useful for significant deviations but should not be used more than three times per day. If the driver exceeds this limit, the tour may be blocked, as frequent use indicates excessive sequence updates.
