Consignees can add delivery instructions to help you during your tour. These notes are visible to you directly in the app.
Consignee notes give you useful information that can make the delivery easier and faster, such as:
Door codes
Presence of a dog
Special access instructions
If you need to ring multiple times
Any other helpful delivery details
Note icon on the map
When you approach a waypoint that contains a consignee note, a note icon appears on the map.
This indicates that additional delivery instructions are available for that stop.
Where to find consignee notes
Consignee notes are shown inside the Job window at each waypoint. When a note is available, you will see it clearly displayed in the job details.
Tap on the waypoint on the map
Open the job details
Read the instructions shown under the Delivery hint from the consignee
The note is displayed in a highlighted blue box, so it is easy to spot
