If a payment becomes overdue, Beventi will send you reminders and the order will follow the seller's unpaid-order policy.

Open the latest reminder or your order page to check the amount due, the current deadline, and whether payment is still available.

Some sellers may allow unpaid orders to stay open after the deadline, in which case you will continue to receive the usual overdue reminders.

You will still be able to pay from your order page while the payment remains eligible. This does not guarantee that the order will stay open indefinitely, however. The seller may choose to change an unpaid deadline, or cancel the order through the normal order process.

Sellers may also choose to automatically cancel orders that are not paid within the deadline. If they seller has chosen this setting, you will receive a final notice after the deadline that includes the date on which the order will be cancelled if your balance remains unpaid.

Canceling an order does not automatically refund your deposit or installments already paid. Refund decisions follow the seller's deposit and refund policies, and any refunds must be initiated by the seller directly.
