When Beventi sends payment reminders
Beventi sends automatic reminders before and after payment deadlines. A seller can also send a manual reminder from the order.
Automatic reminders for installments
For each payment-plan installment, Beventi will send:
an upcoming reminder 4 days before the deadline
a payment due email on the day the installment is due
overdue reminders 1, 3, and 5 days after the deadline if the installment remains unpaid.
Automatic reminders for one remaining balance
For an unpaid remaining balance, Beventi will send:
an upcoming reminder 3 days before the final deadline
a reminder on the day the balance is due
overdue reminders 1 and 5 days after the deadline if the balance remains unpaid and the order stays open.
No further reminder is sent when the payment is no longer eligible, such as when the balance has been paid or the order has been cancelled.
Manual reminders from the seller
A seller can select Send reminder from an order with a balance due. Only one manual reminder can be sent for an order within 24 hours.
The seller can see who sent the latest reminder, when it was sent, and whether the buyer has viewed it.
Final notices
If the seller enabled Cancel after a grace period, Beventi will send a final notice after the payment deadline. The notice tells the buyer the cancellation date, and the grace period starts when the notice is sent successfully.
If the balance remains unpaid when that period ends, the order is canceled.

Are the dates based on my timezone?
The payment deadline is calculated in the order form's timezone.
Will a reminder charge the buyer automatically?
No. The buyer must open the secure link or their order and complete the payment.
