How long does it take to get paid as an author/seller?
After a customer makes a purchase, it should appear in your connected payment method account straight away.

Do I need to cash out or withdraw my payments from Beventi?
No, Beventi does not hold any funds; the payouts received from each transaction go straight to your connected payment provider account (Stripe or PayPal)
Why can't I find the money from a customer's purchase?
Be sure you are checking your business account with your payment provider.
Still having trouble? Click into an order and select the transactions tab. There, you will be able to view the transaction ID for that purchase, as well as access a link to directly take you to the transaction in your payment provider account.
