You can easily integrate your DonorPerfect account into your BirdEase site to collect registrant, sponsor, and donor information!
BirdEase tries to match data to your existing donor records before creating a new one. During the sync, the system tries to match a record on first name, last name, and postal code. If a match cannot be made on these criteria, a new donor profile is created.
Opening the DonorPerfect integration page
Along with DonorPerfect, BirdEase is also integrated with SafeSave. To get started with linking DonorPerfect, you will need to first visit the Payments page to link SafeSave to start taking funds on your BirdEase site. This will tell the system that you are a DonorPerfect user, and will open up a new DonorPerfect page in your dashboard.
If you are not looking to use SafeSave as your payment processor but would like to link your DonorPerfect profile, please contact a member of the BirdEase Support Team to manually open the DonorPerfect integration page for you.
Sync throughout registration, or all at once
Once you’ve opened the DonorPerfect integration page, you will see a field to provide your DonorPerfect API key. (This is not the same security key as your SafeSave credentials. It will be a different key.) From there, you can:
Assign code values for integration with BirdEase
Campaign Code
Solicitation Code
Sub Solicitation Code
GL Code
Any registrant or auction winner will be assigned codes selected in the previous step.
Registrants and Auction winners are automatically synced.
If registrants cart total is 0 then they will not be synced
