Hyperliquid is a decentralized order book network (L1 appchain) for spot and perpetual trading. With Blockpit, you can easily and securely import your transactions for tax and portfolio tracking directly via your public wallet address (Public Key) — no API key required.
How to add your Hyperliquid integration
All you need is your public wallet address (public key) from Hyperliquid. Here is how:
1️⃣ Open + Integration (or, in the Dashboard, click + Integration on the tab Integrations).
2️⃣ Select the tab Blockchain and then Hyperliquid.
3️⃣ Enter a name for the integration and paste your public key (public wallet address) from Hyperliquid.
4️⃣ Select the import time span.
💡 Tip: Keep Full History as the preset import time span. Choosing a specific start date only makes sense if you want to add transactions that lie before it manually.
5️⃣ To finish, click Continue. Blockpit creates the integration and imports the asset balance and transactions automatically.
What happens after you add it
After Continue, Blockpit imports the Hyperliquid integration automatically. This is what applies afterwards:
Where you see the result: in the Dashboard on the tab
Integrations(holdings and balance) and under Transactions (individual transactions)Synchronization: transactions are synchronized fully automatically once a day (Blockpit Plus subscription required); this takes a few minutes to hours. With
Sync Allor per integration in the Dashboard (tabIntegrations) you can trigger it yourselfBalance: The Synced Balance and live prices are updated automatically every 7 minutes, without a sync. If the Synced Balance and the calculated balance differ, Blockpit shows the tip
Mismatched Balance
The following Hyperliquid based transactions are automatically imported:
General
✅ Deposits & Withdrawals: Transfers to and from external addresses, including network fees and the Account Activation Fee
✅ Trades: Spot trading, Perpetuals (including HIP-3 DEXes), and TWAP fills (each with trading fees and realized Perp PnL)
✅ Funding: Incoming and outgoing funding payments
✅ Rewards & Earnings: HYPE staking rewards, referral rewards, reward claims, and spot genesis airdrops
✅ Vaults: Realized profits upon vault withdrawals
✅ Synced Balances: Spot, Perps (including HIP-3), vault deposits, and staked HYPE
💡 Tip: Internal Account Movements
Internal transfers within your own Hyperliquid account (e.g., between Spot and Perp, sub-account transfers, vault deposits, or staking deposits) are deliberately not imported, as they represent non-taxable internal transfers.
In case of missing/incorrectly imported transactions or if your Synced Balance is displayed incompletely, you can help our support team to include them in our import spectrum (if technically possible).
Please provide us with all available information, as well as your public wallet address (public key) and the corresponding transaction hash via chat-request.
Supported Features & Trading Areas
The Hyperliquid integration directly covers all core platform functions:
✅ Spot Trading & Order Book Execution
✅ Perpetual Futures (including native PnL and funding tracking)
✅ Ecosystem DEXes (HIP-3 protocols)
✅ Vaults (copy trading & liquidity provision)
Trades (Spot & Perpetuals)
Hyperliquid strictly distinguishes between spot trading and derivatives:
✅ Spot Trading: Executed orders (including TWAP fills) are imported as standard Trades with the trading fee attached. Maker rebates (negative fees) are captured separately as Cashback.
✅ Perpetuals (Futures): Opening or increasing a perp position does not create a transaction, as no realized flow occurs. Only closing or reducing fills are imported, recording realized gains or losses automatically as Derivative Profit or Derivative Loss in USDC.
Trading Fees: Categorized as Derivative Fee; maker rebates are booked as Derivative Profit.
Funding: Paid funding is recorded as a Derivative Fee, received funding as a Derivative Profit (USDC).
Rewards, Staking & Vaults
Hyperliquid rewards and distributions (such as HYPE staking, referral earnings, or vault profits) are imported automatically. If an incoming transaction is imported as Unlabeled (In), you can manually categorize it with the appropriate label:
✅ HYPE Staking: Label as Staking
✅ Referral Rewards: Label as Other Income (Income)
✅ Airdrop & Genesis Allocations: Label as Airdrop or Deposit
✅ Vault Withdrawals: Label as Derivative Profit
