Overview
Contingents are memberships your customers can buy. A one-time annual contingent is paid once per year. This guide will walk you through:
Adding basic membership information
Setting properties like billing and access rules
Setting class and booking limits
Setting up automated emails
Setting pricing and availability
Step 1 — Go to Contingents
Go to your Dashboard.
Click Membership in the main menu.
Click Contingents.
Click New Contingent to start a new membership.
Step 2 — Add Basic Information
Name: Enter the member-facing name. Example: Annual Membership – One-Time Payment
Short Description: A small text shown in lists and previews.
Cover Image: Upload a picture (max 52.4 MB). Shown on membership card and online store.
Full Description: Add benefits, duration, rules, conditions, and what’s included.
Contract: Select the legal contract template members must agree to.
Step 3 — Configure Properties
Billing Frequency: Choose OneTime for a single annual payment.
Product Code & SKU: Internal codes for tracking/reporting (optional).
Number of Seats: Limit how many members can have this membership. Leave blank for unlimited.
Accounting Number: Select the account for financial exports.
Publicly Available: Turn on to make visible in online store/portal.
Door Access: Enable if membership unlocks doors.
Limit Training Times / Train at All Centers: Optional restrictions.
Step 4 — Set Class & Booking Rules
Max Active Class Bookings: How many upcoming classes a member can book at once.
Days in Advance: How far ahead members can book (e.g., 7 = one week).
Monthly Class Limit: Optional limit per month.
Access to Class Types: Choose classes or leave empty for all.
Step 5 — Automated Emails
Welcome Email: Sent after purchase.
Cancellation Email: Sent if member cancels.
Pause Email: Sent if membership is paused.
Step 6 — Pricing & Availability
Price: Enter the one-time annual price (e.g., 3,000 DKK).
VAT: Choose correct tax rate.
Setup Fee: Optional extra one-time fee.
Available Locations: Select centers where it can be sold.
Purchase Dates (Optional): Start date and optional end date.
Step 7 — Save Your Membership
Click Save. Your one-time annual membership is now ready for members to buy!
