If you receive the error message:
"You are not within the allowed area to check in to the class at the given gym."
This means the app cannot verify your location within the gym’s check-in area.
This is usually caused by the app not having permission to access your location, or location services being disabled on your phone.
To fix the issue:
Open Settings on your phone.
Find the app in the list of apps.
Make sure Location is enabled.
Select Allow While Using App (if available).
Open the app again and try checking in.
Also make sure you are physically close enough to the gym when trying to check in.
If the issue continues, contact support.
