Problem
Classes are not being automatically cancelled even though the minimum participant requirement is not met.
Possible cause
The feature requires two settings to be active: Enable automatic class cancellation must be switched on, and Minimum participants per class must be specified. The system checks the participant count at the time set in Time before automatic cancellation check.
Solution
Check that Enable automatic class cancellation is switched on.
Check that Minimum participants per class is filled in.
Check that Time before automatic cancellation check is specified.
If the problem persists, contact support and include details about:
The class name and date.
The specified minimum number of participants.
When the check should have taken place.
