Problem
The price field shows an error message even though you have entered a number.
Possible cause
The price must be greater than 0. A value of 0.00 is not allowed. The price field also does not accept currency symbols, letters or special characters.
Solution
Make sure the price is a positive number greater than 0, e.g. "29.99".
Do not include currency symbols — the system adds them automatically.
Use only numbers and decimal separators.
