Problem
The email template you are looking for does not appear in the Welcome email dropdown.
Possible cause
Each dropdown only shows templates of the matching type. The Welcome email dropdown only shows templates created with the type Welcome email. Templates of the type Cancellation or Paused are not shown here.
Solution
Check that the template you are looking for was created with the type Welcome email.
Go to the Email templates section and correct the template type if it is wrong.
Reload the page and check whether the template now appears.
