Problem
You have accidentally switched the Banned toggle on and banned a member. You want to restore their access.
Possible cause
It is easy to accidentally toggle the Banned switch. The action can be undone simply by switching the toggle back and saving.
Solution
Open the edit screen for the affected member.
Switch the Banned toggle back to off.
The status badge changes to green.
Click Save Changes to save the change.
The member's access is now restored.
If the problem persists, contact support and include details about:
The member's name or email address.
When the ban occurred.
What you were trying to do.
