How to edit/amend an Activity Schedule

Including how to delete dates, add new dates, and more

After you've set your activity up you may want to make changes to it - read on to learn more!

How do I add a date?

If you haven't received any bookings then you can simply edit the date range in the schedule tab, or add a new day of the week and time slot. All of this can be done in the 'schedule tab'.

How do I remove a date?

You can delete a date in a schedule at any time. You can do this by going to the capacity then hitting the bin icon.

Please note: This will not notify your customers so please do this by cancelling their booking in the normal way. Bookings remain for cancelled activities and dates.

Can I change my activity type from block to individual?

Yes you can change this at any time, as well as turn off later if you decide that you no longer want it to be block/individual.

If an activity has been built as block all days or same day recurring then this cannot be changed and instead you'll need to clone it.

What can I not change after receiving bookings?

At the moment there are a couple of restrictions, we are looking to remove these in the future. If an activity has received bookings then you won't be able to amend the time slots or add any new ones.
