Once you've set up an activity, you may want to make changes such as updating dates, adjusting the time slots, or switching the activity type. Here's how to manage those edits depending on your situation.
How to add a date/day or change the times
If you haven't received any bookings:
You can update your schedule directly:
Go to the Schedule tab
Click the three dots besides the schedule you'd like to edit and select edit
Adjust the date range, or
Add a new day of the week and time slot
Don't forget to click save!
If you have already received bookings:
You’ll need to request a schedule update:
Go to the Schedule you'd like to update
Click "Request Schedule Update"
Include the day(s) and date(s) you'd like to add, along with any relevant notes
Alternatively, email support@bookpebble.co.uk with:
The activity URL
A clear explanation of the update you're requesting
How to remove a date
You can delete a date from your schedule at any time by:
Navigating to the Capacity tab
Clicking the bin icon next to the date you'd like to remove

Can I change my activity type from block to individual?
Yes, you can change an activity from block to individual or vice versa at any time, and you can switch it back later if needed.
🚨Important:
If your activity was originally set up using "block all days" or "same day recurring," it cannot be changed directly. In this case, you'll need to clone the activity and set it up with your new preferences.
What can’t I change after receiving bookings?
Once an activity has received bookings, the following changes are restricted:
You cannot amend existing time slots
You cannot add new time slots
You cannot add days or change the date range
If you need to make those changes, use the "Request Schedule Update" button in the schedule, or contact us via email or chat for assistance.
Can I edit a subscription after bookings have been made?
Once a subscription has received a booking, it cannot be edited in any way. This includes changes to dates, times, or frequency. However, you can still update the ticket price.
To make any updates:
You will need to clone the activity
Apply the changes to the new schedule
Then manually move all attendees over to the updated version
