As a BoomTown Client you agree to conduct your business and use the Platform in a professional manner in accordance with industry best practices and the BoomTown’s Policies in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the License and Services Agreement.

BoomTown reserves the right to suspend or prohibit access to the platform if we determine that that any Agent, Broker, Owner, Lender or other third party representative violates BoomTown’s Code of Conduct in one or more of the following manners:

  1. Refusal to adopt BoomTown’s prescribed best practices in such a manner that is to the detriment of your team’s success.

  2. Unbecoming conduct in the form of rude, abusive, or aggressive behavior to BoomTown employees including but not limited to cursing, yelling, or threats via phone, or email.

  3. Unbecoming conduct in the form of comments or behavior that discriminate against a BoomTown employee including but not limited to slurs, insults, and jokes directed at race, religion, gender, or disabilities.

  4. Unbecoming conduct in the form of sexual advances, remarks, and unwelcomed physical contact towards BoomTown employees.

  5. Unreasonable or demanding requests including but not limited to CRM updates, website customization, staff requests (i.e. posting to Craigslist on your behalf, managing your user roster, creating custom content pages for you, etc.).

  6. Misrepresentation to BoomTown and affiliated third parties, Lenders, MLS, Craigslist, other clients. Blackhat SEO practices, Craigslist/Social/SEO spamming, blatant PPC click fraud and/ or flagging of competitor’s ads.

  7. Non-compliance with MLS policies that lead to MLS complaints or fines.

  8. Failure to adhere to BoomTown’s community credo including but not limited to continued self-promotional or malicious posting in the Owner’s Community Forum.
