My Deals Overview

View your sales pipeline, and manage your pending and active Transactions in an easy-to-use My Deals dashboard. You'll be able to view Active Opportunities, Under Contract Transactions, and Closed Transactions, all in one place!

The My Deals dashboard shows up-to-date information that includes the total Transactions count, total gross commission income, total gross sales and Agent split income -- based on the status and other filter options selected.

Additionally, for most of our clients there's an Unclaimed MLS Sales sidebar that allows you to easily claim and take ownership of your closed Transactions in your MLS!

Accessing My Deals

To get to the My Deals dashboard, navigate to the My Deals area of the left-hand menu bar in your account.

Additionally, at the top of the page in your BoomTown CRM, you'll have a new icon that displays the number of unclaimed deals that are available for you to claim! Selecting this icon will also route you to the My Deals page in your account.

Don't see the My Deals option or icon listed? Please reach out to your Broker/Admin to have the feature enabled!

Claim Deals

Based on the Agent and Office MLS information included in your profile page, you'll be able to view a list of properties that have been updated as Closed within your MLS -- allowing you to claim them and pull that data into your My Deals Dashboard directly.

If you have a lead in your database to associate a certain Transaction with, you'll be able to easily claim the deal in the Unclaimed MLS Sales section, and associate it with a new or existing Transaction, so that you can help keep your My Deals page up-to-date and accurate!

To claim a listing, simply select the Claim button, and you'll be able to search for an existing Transaction, or add a new one that aligns with the property and lead information.

Once that new Closed Transaction has been added, it will be factored into the statistics that populate in the Closed section!

Sort & Filter

At the top of the My Deals page, there will be an option to filter the list based on the Source of the leads associated with your Transactions, their lead type (Buyer, Seller, or Buyer/Seller), and some financial aspects of the Transactions (GCI, Gross Sales, and/or Agent Split).

Depending upon the settings for your overall team, you may not be able to view GCI & Agent Split filters on this page. Please reach out to a Broker/Admin if you'd like to have these enabled.

Once you sort the Transactions list by your preferred criteria, a list of the Transactions and associated leads will display beneath, detailing the address, price, listing status, lead, lead source, and assigned Agent. There is also an option to edit the existing Transaction data.

If you select a specific property address within the My Deals Dashboard, you'll be taken to a Best-Fit Leads search for that property within the Lead Central page of your account.

Transaction Types

In order to view all your Transactions based on the stage they're in, navigate to your My Deals page and view your Active Opportunities, Under Contract Transactions, and Closed Transactions, by selecting your choice at the top of the page.

Active Opportunities

Clearly see the open opportunities available to you through the Active Opportunities section!

This area will display a total of all the current Pre-Contract, Pre-Listing and Active Listing Transactions that have been added through your leads' profiles or through the + Add New Transaction option on the My Deals page.

The current total dollar value for the potential GCI (or Gross Sales, depending upon your team's settings) from your Opportunities will be listed, as well as the current total number of Active Opportunities in your pipeline.

Under Contract

Easily stay in touch with clients through pending deals with the Under Contract section of the page!

This section will display a total of all the current Under Contract status Transactions that have been added through your leads' profiles or through the + Add New Transaction option on the My Deals page.

The current total dollar value for the potential GCI (or Gross Sales, depending upon your team's settings) from your Under Contract Transactions will be listed, as well as the current total number of Under Contract Transactions in your pipeline.

Closed

Easily track ROI by viewing the closed Transactions through the Closed section of the page!

This section will display a total of all the Closed status Transactions that have been added through your leads' profiles or through the + Add New Transaction option on the My Deals page.

The total dollar value for the actual GCI (or Gross Sales, depending upon your team's settings) from your Closed Transactions will be listed, as well as the total number of Closed Transactions there are during the time frame selected.

Within the Closed section of the Dashboard, you can select to filter your Transactions by different timeframes, either pre-determined or a custom date range -- in order to distinguish what the actual GCI is for different timelines.

Once you've made a selection of the type of Transactions you'd like to view, then you'll find a list of the applicable Transactions generated beneath! You can view and edit the existing Transaction, as well as jump to the lead's profile from this area.

If you select a specific property address within the My Deals Dashboard, you'll be taken to a Best-Fit Leads search for that property within the Lead Central page of your account.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is the GCI data listed in my dashboard inaccurate?

The My Deals page pulls data into the dashboard and populates GCI based on the GCI information entered in the Transactions section of your leads' profiles. If there's a discrepancy in the information, we would encourage double-checking the GCI listed in each lead's Transactions to ensure the numbers align correctly and are up-to-date!

Why is my Unclaimed MLS Sales area blank, when I've had sales?

This section of the My Deals page is populated based on sold data from your MLS. Due to this, you'll need to ensure you have the Office and Agent MLS ID fields completed in your user profile to have the data populate correctly.

Additionally, unfortunately, some MLS boards and states limit the access to sold data. If you have questions about the availability of sold data in your area, please reach out to our Support Team and we can get you in touch with the appropriate team on our end!
