Once dotloop is connected to your account in BoomTown, you will be able to initiate Transactions for leads to then have the data sync to dotloop automatically and create Loops.

When adding a Transaction in a lead's profile page, just make sure the checkbox for Sync to dotloop has been checked. This will ensure that the data is sent over to dotloop to create a loop for the Transaction in BoomTown.

Complete the information and save the Transaction. After doing so, it may take a second for the integration to sync, and you may need to refresh the page.

Once refreshed, the Transaction should display the tasks that have been completed in your dotloop Loop, as well as the dotloop collaborators.

Dotloop FAQ

Can I sync existing dotloop loops to BoomTown?

Yes! If you'd like to import existing loops from dotloop, you can just navigate to the Import Transactions option in the lead's profile, or in your My Deals page, and follow the instructions included in this article to complete the import!

Can multiple BoomTown users share a dotloop account?

Yes, however it's important to note that if multiple users are sharing one dotloop profile within an account, and they disconnect their profile from BoomTown, all the data in the integration will be lost for all the users sharing the profile for the dotloop account.

Due to this, we encourage consulting with dotloop about the best structure and product for your team, for use with the integration. For more information, please click here.

Can I integrate my dotloop team admin profile with BoomTown?

Due to the fact that team admin profiles in dotloop function differently from individual dotloop profiles, you will need to access an individual account in dotloop to integrate with BoomTown at this time. For more information about the best account settings for your team, please click here!
