The NOW Panel (or Opportunity Wall) combines key functions with accessibility to make you more productive! The Opportunity Wall is a real time list of high quality leads that BoomTown deems as top opportunities via a patent-pending algorithm that considers lead behavior on your site.

It's perfect for that hour or so when you're in between appointments, but the Opportunity Wall is not designed to replace your Lead List. While there's still a huge value in working every lead, the Opportunity Wall helps you prioritize your workflow!

As an Admin user, you have the ability to view the Opportunity Wall with respect to another Agent or Admin users' leads, all the leads for the team, or just your own leads.

​As a Network Admin user, you can also sort by your various websites in the drop-down menu to view the opportunities by platform!

These actions can be performed by navigating to your account, and selecting or typing in the website you'd like to view, and then typing in the name for the preferred Agent from the All Agents drop-down menu in your Opportunity Wall.

The number associated with your NOW icon in the top menu will display how many opportunities you have that need to be addressed in your Opportunity Wall. As an Admin user this number will always reflect your own opportunities, regardless of which Agent you have your Opportunity Wall sorted by.

Listing Reduced opportunities only appear when the Opportunity Wall is filtered by Agent (not for all Agents). This may result you in seeing a number next to your NOW icon and not see anything in the Opportunity Wall until you select your name in the Agent drop-down in this panel.

Located in your top menu bar, toward the right-hand side of the page, within the Opportunity Wall, you'll find opportunities based on key actions your lead takes on the site as well as the quality of the lead.

The quality of the lead is gauged by the validity of their contact information, activity on the site, and level of communication.

To keep your opportunities organized, there are three different tabs:

The Opportunity Wall provides the optional filter of displaying listings that have been reduced in price. As an Admin user, you can decide the minimum percentage a price must be reduced by to have it display in your team's Opportunity Wall.

To access these settings, simply click on your image/name located in the top right corner of the page.

Select Opportunity Wall Settings from the drop-down.

If you want your Team to have access to all Price Reduction opportunities in their Opportunity Wall, leave the drop-down selection at Any.

If you choose a different percentage amount from the drop-down, be sure to click on the Update Settings button to save this change.

As a Broker/Admin user, you have the ability to view the NOW Panel (also know as the Opportunity Wall) with respect to another Agent or Admin users' leads, all the leads for the team, or just your own leads.

This can be done by navigating to your account, and selecting or typing in the name for the preferred Agent from the All Agents drop-down menu in your NOW Panel.

Once you've selected to view the opportunities associated with a specific Agent, you can always remove that selection by going to the drop-down menu again and selecting another user, or selecting the All Agents default at the top, to view everybody's opportunities!
