Overview
After a lead registers on your website, they will be prompted with three simple additional questions, which will allow them to provide more insight about their search, and allow you to better qualify the lead!
This qualification includes discovering important information such as time frame, financing, and the opportunity for a listing in the event the user has a home to sell -- following along with the general LPMAMA framework.
The questions, presented in order in a separate pop-up for each, are as follows:
Since the questions are presented AFTER the lead has completed their registration, they will have no impact on lead conversion for your website.
Additionally, leads are able to close out of the questions at any point, by simply clicking outside the pop-up window.
If a lead does take the time to answer some or all of the questions, the responses will automatically be recorded in their lead profile above their registration information, so that you can easily reference it moving forward!

You'll also have the ability to sort by leads' responses to the qualification questions through the Advanced Lead Filters within Lead Central.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do leads have to answer all the questions?
No, the lead can answer as many, or as few of the questions as they prefer. They can click off the form to dismiss it at any time.
Are leads still registered if they don't answer them?
Yes, the first part of the process is still the same registration form. Once completed, the lead is registered even if they dismiss the other questions.
Will this hurt my website's conversion rate?
No! All questions are asked after the registration (name, phone, email) is complete. We’ve extensively tested these questions before turning them on for your site, and 94% of leads answered all of the questions. That means the same volume of leads with more information for you.
What if my team's account has special rules set up on my squeeze form?
If the Owner of your platform has set-up a custom parameter to increase the number of photo views on your site, these rules will stay in place. All registrants going forward will receive this questionnaire.
Can I edit the response or change the questions?
Not at this time. One of our next phases is to make this information part of the user profile, and editable. The questions asked are not customizable.
Can I segment my leads with this information?
Not yet, but this feature is slated as part of the second phase of the project. We’ll be building filters that enable you to sort leads by the answers to the qualifying questions.
Can I turn this feature off?
We strongly recommend not doing so, but if the Owner of your account wishes to remove the questionnaire, our Support Team can assist. This will remove the survey from your website, but all information collected will remain in the CRM.
