There are two ways to view and complete tasks assigned to your store. Below we will walk through both.

To view and complete tasks via your Door Page, navigate to your Doors page in the top left hand menu of Elevate GO. Find the door you'd like to view or complete a task for, and click the eye icon at the far right under Actions.

Scroll to the bottom of the door's page and click on the Tasks tab. Within this tab you'll find the open tasks assigned to the store.

To complete a task, click the checkmark icon. You may be asked to provide additional information, like a photo, to fully complete the task.

To view and complete tasks via the Store Visit App, sign in to the Visit App and start a visit. Once you have started the visit you will see a Tasks tab in the upper right hand side of the screen. Click on this tab to view the tasks assigned to the store.

To complete a task, click the empty box to the left of the task. After this, you may be asked to provide additional information, like a photo, to fully complete the task.
