How to keep track of your tasks within Elevate GO.

Here's how you can check on task status based on your user role in Elevate GO.

All User Roles:

The Task Report is a great starting point for task status. This report is accessible by every user role in Elevate GO, so it's the best way for District Managers, Door Admins, and Sales Reps to check task status.

Go directly to this report if you'd like to see all tasks and statuses, or to see all tasks for a specific day. This report provides you with the most information with filtering options to help you find exactly what you need.

If a task requires a photo for completion, you will be able to view the photo by clicking on the date under Completed Date.

Dealer Owners & Dealer Admins:

Task Setup (Performance Management > Task Setup)

For Dealer Owners and Dealer Admins, the Task Setup page will give you a great overview of the tasks you have set up and their status.

You can easily click on Details at the far right of a task to view the Task Report for that specific task. For tasks that require an image for completion, you can click on Images to view the images submitted for the completed task.

Additionally, for reoccurring tasks, you can click on the number of occurrences for a detailed look into what tasks are coming up as due and their status amongst your locations.

You can click on the numbers within this report to view the Task Report for those specific occurrences.
