New to the Performance Management menu in Elevate GO is the Boost Compliance Reporting. These reports, by dealer or door, will show you an overall compliance percentage and breakdown of compliance scores for your dealership as a whole, and individual locations.

How to access Boost Compliance Reporting

If you are a Dealer Owner, Dealer Admin, or Dealer District Manager Boost Compliance reporting can be found under the Performance Management (heart) tab in Elevate GO. Click on Boost Compliance to show the two reports available: Dealer Report and Door Report.

Available Compliance Reports

Dealer Report

The Dealer Compliance Report displays a dashboard showing the dealership's total compliance percentage, along with widgets that show the breakdown of that score. Percentages in orange show how much each factor contributes to the total score.

You can use the filters at the top to view the dashboard for selected locations. Click Update to apply your filters.

Note: If you are a Dealer District Manager, your Compliance Report will default to just locations assigned to you. You can switch this to all doors within the top filters, if desired.

Door Report

The Door Report provides you your compliance percentages by door so you can easily see each store's stats in a list format.

Quick Tip: If you see a particular store has a low percentage of DNC or Elevate Calling training completed, you can see who needs to complete training within the Training Report.
