If you use certain locations often for on-site appointments, LSC Administrators can save them to an individual account so they are quick to reuse.
View and add saved locations
In the left sidebar, select Accounts, then select the account to open its Account Details panel.
In the panel, select the (i) info icon, then scroll down to the Locations section. Existing saved locations appear here, where you can add, edit, or remove them.
3. To add a location, select "+". Enter an address and give the location a name. Mapping is provided through Google Maps.
Save a location while creating an appointment
You can also save a location while creating an on-site appointment. Enter or select the location, then turn on the Save to Locations for Account toggle to add it to the account's saved locations.
To reuse a saved location, select the location pin next to the address field during appointment creation, then choose from the dropdown of saved locations.
Note: When your audience views appointment details in the platform or in notification emails, they see the location name as long as their role has access to see the full location.
Restrict the location field to verified addresses
As an admin, you can require that the appointment location field only accept locations verified by Google Maps.
To set this at the LSC level, go to Configuration>Company>Appointments and set "Restrict Appointment Locations".
Off: requestors can type any text into the location field.
On: requestors must select the location from the options Google Maps supplies, or from locations saved to the account.
You can also set this at the account level. Open the account from Accounts, go to the "Appointments" section of its account details panel, then set "Restrict Appointment Locations". Changes at the account level override the LSC setting for that account.
