Interpreter Priority List for Auto-Broadcasting

Written by Quinn Bott

When auto-broadcasting is enabled, LSC Administrators can control which eligible interpreters are prioritized for an account’s appointments, and which interpreters should never be invited. Both lists are configured at the account level.

Interpreter broadcasting list

Interpreters on the prioritize list form the first batch during auto-broadcasting. No other interpreters are invited until the next batch.

  1. In the left sidebar, select Members and open the account.

  2. Select the Appointments tab.

  3. Next to the broadcasting list, select Edit, and in the pop-up window turn the list On.

  4. In Modes, choose how the list behaves, and in Interpreters, add the interpreters you want:

o Prioritize — invite these interpreters first, before other eligible interpreters.

o Broadcast Only — invite only these interpreters. No other interpreters receive       an invite to auto-broadcasted appointments.

  5. Select Save.

Interpreter do-not-broadcast list

If certain interpreters should not handle appointments for an account, add them to the do-not-broadcast list.

  1. In the left sidebar, select Members and open the account.

  2. Select the Appointments tab.

  3. Next to the do-not-broadcast list, select Edit, and in the pop-up window select the box for On.

  4. Add the interpreters you want to exclude, then select Save.

You can review both lists while working an appointment. On the Add Interpreters screen, the interpreters in each list appear under Broadcasting Rules.

For LSC admins: if the wrong interpreters are being invited or excluded, reach out to Boostlingo Support with the account name and a screenshot of the broadcasting list. If you’re unsure how to reach Support, contact your Account Manager.
