The Audit Trail is a chronological record of every action taken in your account: rates, permissions, user settings, logins, policies, routing, and more.
Note: The Audit Trail is not available in the mobile app.
Open and filter the Audit Trail
In the left sidebar, select Insights and open System Audit Trails. Records appear as a chronological timeline.
Use the filters to narrow the records:
Date range: select "Click to select range…" in the top left to pick a range.
Audit Areas: the type of action, such as Rates, Permissions, Login/Logout, User Actions, Routing, Accounts, Announcements, and Policies.
Roles of user: the user's role, such as Requestor Admin, Requestor, LSC Admin, Interpreter, Requestor Root Admin, and LSC Root Admin.
Users: one or more specific users, chosen from the dropdown or the search bar.
Search: find an action by a phrase.
Reset Filters: clear all active filters.
[Reviewer note] The draft previously also listed "Availability" and "Account Groups" as Audit Area filter values. Those two are not in the legacy article and are not in our navigation reference, so please confirm the exact Audit Areas list in the app and add any that are genuinely present.
What the Audit Trail captures
