To invite a VRI interpreter to your Zoom meeting, you first link your Boostlingo account to your Zoom account. This article covers how.
Note: The authorization step takes place in Zoom, a third-party application.
Link your account
Sign into your Boostlingo web portal as a requestor.
In a separate tab, sign into Zoom.
In Boostlingo, go to Configuration>Integrations.
Select Edit next to the Zoom integration.
In the pop-up, select Add to Zoom. This opens a new tab logged into your Zoom account.
In Zoom, select Allow. You're returned to the Boostlingo portal.
In the pop-up, select Next. You'll see confirmation that your account is linked.
