Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

While we don’t currently offer direct plan upgrades, there are easy options available depending on your current plan type.


For Pay-As-You-Go Users:

If you're on a Pay-As-You-Go plan and would like to upgrade, you can simply book a higher-tier plan at the same location.


No need to cancel—just select your preferred plan when making your next booking.

For Monthly Subscribers:

If you’re subscribed to a monthly plan (e.g., 10-packages-per-month) and want to move to a VIP plan or downgrade from a VIP plan to a Monthly plan, here’s how:

  1. Cancel your current subscription before the renewal date.

  2. Rebook your preferred higher or lower tier plan.

This allows you to seamlessly switch to a plan that better fits your needs.
