Use the Box Office

How to navigate the updated box office

The Box Office is the ticketing home for a single event. It shows the event's checkout, sales totals, attendance, recent sales, and shortcuts to other ticketing tools for that event.


Open the Box Office

  1. Open the event.

  2. Click Ticketing -> Box Office. The Box Office opens in a new browser tab.

Tip: You can also go to Events -> Ticketing and click the green arrow button next to any event in the list.


Box Office Panels

  • Checkout: Shows whether Ticket Sales are OPEN or CLOSED and the Ticketing Availability dates. Click Launch Checkout to open checkout for the event, or Ticketing Setup to view the ticket setup applied to the event.

  • Ticket Sales: Shows Total Sales with the net amount below it, split into Online, Readers, and Cash, each with its own net amount, and the number of tickets Sold and Redeemed. Click Full Report to see each sale.

  • Attendance: Shows a chart of attendance divided into Tickets, Passes, and Comps. Click Full Report to see the check-in time for each ticket.

  • Recent Activity: Lists the most recent sales for the event with the buyer, number of tickets, and amount paid. Click All Activity to open the full Ticket Sales report.

  • Quick Actions: Links to other ticketing tools for the event, listed in the next section.


View Full Reports

Ticket Sales Report

  1. In the Ticket Sales panel, click Full Report.

  2. Search for a sale by buyer name or email, or filter by payment type (Credit Card, Terminal - All Readers, Cash, Complimentary) or status (Completed, Pending, Refunded, Partially Refunded).

  3. To save a copy, click Download.

Note: For events with a seating chart, the report also shows a Seat(s) column.

Attendance Report

  1. In the Attendance panel, click Full Report.

  2. Review the Check-In Time, Buyer, Ticket Holder, and Ticket Option for each ticket. Filter by Tickets, Passes, or Complimentary.

To return to the Box Office from either report, click Box Office Home.


Quick Actions

NOTE: Refund All Buyers refunds every buyer for the event.
