Manage Your Conference Library

Learn how to open your conference library, create a collection, and customize a collection.

Use your conference library to share forms, documents, and links. Each conference has two libraries: an Internal library, visible to backend users only, and a Public library, visible on your public site.

A library holds collections. Each collection groups related links, and each link opens a webpage or an uploaded document.

Open the Library

  1. From your conference admin page, click Library.

  2. Click Manage library.

  3. Click Internal library or Public library, depending on who should see the collection.

Create a Collection

  1. Click New collection.

  2. Enter a name in Name.

  3. Click Save, or click Save & customize to add a description, cover image, color, and icon right away.

Add Links to a Collection

To add webpages, documents, and forms to a collection, see Add Documents, Forms, and Links to the Conference Library.

Customize a Collection

  1. On the collection card, click the more button (three dots).

  2. Click Edit Details.

  3. Enter a Description and choose a Cover image, if you want them. The cover image shows as the card thumbnail.

  4. Choose the Status and Visibility.

    • Active collections show on display pages. Inactive collections don't.

    • Choose Internal (backend only) or Public site. Changing this moves the collection between the Internal and Public libraries.

    • Check Featured (pin to top) to pin the collection to the top.

  5. Under Style, choose a color and an icon.

  6. Change Position, if needed. Lower numbers show first.

  7. Click Save.
