Conference administrators can add All-Conference selections for each sport's season from the conference's Award winners page. Each season has its own awards, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Team All-Conference, Honorable Mention All-Conference, All Academic Conference Award, and Conference Player of the Year.
After you add your selections, you can publish an All-Conference article that lists them. The article also shows up on all member schools' news feeds.
Your selections also show in each school's honors section for that sport and on each student's profile.
Note: Athletes come from each school's team roster for the sport. If a school hasn't created its roster yet, you can't add its athletes.
Add All-Conference Selections
Click Activities in the left menu.
Find the sport and click its season button, such as 2026-27.
Click Award winners.
Click the edit button next to the award you want to fill, such as 1st Team All-Conference.
In Search for Athlete..., type part of the athlete's name, then select the athlete. Results show each athlete's name, grade, and school.
(Optional) Enter a Caption. The caption shows next to the athlete's name in the All-Conference article. Use it to note a division, such as North or South, or an event in sports like swimming or track. You can list the same athlete more than once, such as once for each event.
If the selection was unanimous, click Unanimous.
Click Show to Public so the button turns dark.
Note: Show to Public is off when you first select an athlete. Athletes with it off don't appear in the All-Conference article.
Repeat steps 5 to 8 for each athlete who earned the award, then scroll down and click Save.
To fill another award, click Award winners and repeat steps 4 to 9.
Publish an All-Conference Article
The article pulls in the selections from the season's awards, so add your selections first. Changes you save to the selections later also show in the published article.
On the season's Award winners page, click Add Article.
Check that Category is set to All-Conference, then enter a Heading and Summary.
Tip: The Tags list on the right already selects the conference, its schools, the season, and its teams.
Enter an Author, and change the Published Date if needed. It defaults to today.
(Optional) Under Image, click Choose File to add an image.
Write the article in Body, then click Publish Article.
The article appears on the Articles page with the status Active. The public article shows each award with its athletes, their teams, and any captions.
