Start a production order
On the start page:
Select which workcenters to start (all are selected by default).
For each selected workcenter, set the number of workers:
If the order has never been started, enter the number of workers; if the workcenter has a default configured, that value is suggested.
If the order is Paused, the system suggests the previous number of workers; adjust if needed.
Click Start to confirm or Cancel to discard. The order returns to the list with status In Progress.
Pause and complete a production order
You can pause or complete a production order when it has at least one workcenter In Progress.
If one or more workcenters are In Progress, the order status is also set to In Progress.
Pausing workcenters
Open the stop screen for the order.
In the Work Centers list, select the workcenters you want to pause (all are selected by default).
In Main Reason, choose why the stop is being made.
By default, the “For No Reason” option is pre‑selected; change it if a specific reason should be recorded.
Click Stop to confirm or Cancel to go back.
The selected workcenters change to Paused, and the order status is updated accordingly.
Completing workcenters
Completing an order follows the same flow as starting it:
Open the complete screen.
Select the workcenters you want to complete.
Click Stop/Complete to finish execution for those workcenters (no stop reason is required).
When all workcenters are completed, the production order status is updated to reflect completion.
Change Shift and Responsible Party
You can change Shift or Responsible Party in three ways:
Individually (inside the order)
In the list, click the three dots on the order and choose Edit.
Update Shift and/or Responsible Party, then Save.
From the dashboard (single order)
In the list, click the three dots on the order.
Choose Change Shift or Change Responsible Party.
In the modal, select the new value and click Save or Cancel.
Bulk edit (multiple orders)
Note: Only works when the list is filtered to one specific section. If set to All Sections, this option is not available.
In a dashboard view with checkboxes, select several orders.
Use the actions menu and choose Change Shift or Change Responsible Party.
In the modal, pick the new value and Save to apply it to all selected orders.
Quality Controls
To perform quality controls:
From the orders list
Click the three dots on any order.
Select Quality Control to open the configured form(s) for that order.
From order details
Open the order Details.
Go to the Quality tab.
Click the three dots next to the specific form you want to complete.
Fill in all required fields and click Save.
To review results
From the three‑dots menu, select Quality Summary to see all quality controls recorded for the order.
Mobile quality rule: Fill quality controls only when order is Open. After Closed, no more entries allowed.
Manually Recording Stops in a Production Order
Access the Stop Recording Page
You can open the manual stop recording page in two ways:
From the Production Order details:
In the Production Orders app, locate the relevant Production Order and click the three‑dot menu and select Details.
From the Production Orders list:
In the Production Orders app, locate the relevant Production Order.
Enter Stop Details
You’ll be redirected to the manual stop registration page for the selected Production Order.
General Reason and details:
Select the Reason, Start Date, Type, and either Duration (in minutes) or End Date for the stop.
Different reasons per Work Center:
By default, all selected Work Centers use the general Reason you define.
To set a specific reason for a single Work Center, open the three‑dot menu for that Work Center and choose Edit.
A modal opens where you can specify the Reason, Equipment, Type, and either Duration (in minutes) or End Date for the stop.
If you only customize one Work Center, all others will keep the general Reason.
