Written by Russell

Our Learn Reporting suite gives you a comprehensive view of how your team is engaging with their learning.

Whether you need a high-level overview of company-wide progress or a deep dive into an individual’s learning journey, these reports provide the data you need to ensure compliance and growth.

Getting started

To get started, navigate to the Learn menu in the secondary navigation bar and select Reports.

Dashboard

The Dashboard is your "at-a-glance" command centre. It uses visual charts and summaries to help you spot trends.

Key Performance Metrics: At the top of the page, you'll see a series of summary boxes...

  • Active Learners: users with current, incomplete assignments.

  • Courses: Library total versus what is currently published and available to your people.

  • Playlists: the number of active Playlists currently available to your team,

  • Completions this month: how many courses have been completed, and the percentage difference from the previous month

  • Certificates earned: The number of certificates earned by your people this month.

Activity Trends: Use the trend charts to see how engagement changes over time. You can toggle between the last 7 days for immediate feedback or the last 6 months for a broader view of assignments and completions.

Course Status Breakdown: A visual colour-coded chart shows the status of all current learning, split by: Not Started, In Progress, Completed, Overdue, and Withdrawn.

The "Top Five" Popular Courses: See which content is resonating most with your team based on a combination of mandatory assignments and elective self-assignments.

Pro-Tip: While the summary boxes are for quick viewing, all four charts on the dashboard can be downloaded directly for use in your own internal presentations by pressing the download button.

Learners

The Learners report shifts the focus to your people. This report is available to all users, even if you haven't fully activated the Learn module yet, as it tracks foundational training progress.

Top 10 Leaderboard: Celebrate your most engaged employees! This section highlights the top 10 learners in your account based on their total number of course completions.

Filtering: Quickly find the data you need by filtering the learner list by Name, Division, Department, or specific Calendar Year by pressing the filter button.

Learners list: Here you can view a full list of all your learners. By clicking on any individual’s name, you can open their personal summary.

This provides a detailed view of their learning record, including their activity logs, course statuses, and upcoming due dates.

Both the Learners and all your people's personal Learning records can be downloaded to Excel by pressing the Download button.

Assignments

This report helps you understand the volume of learning being pushed out across the business versus what employees are choosing to learn themselves.

Assignment Per Month: View a month-by-month breakdown of how many courses have been assigned.

The report chart is clearly split, showing the difference between assigned and Self-assigned.

Comprehensive Data Table: Below the chart, you'll find a detailed table of every assignment made during the current calendar year, which can be exported as a CSV for deeper analysis.

Completions

The Completions report is your primary tool for verifying that your training requirements are being met and that your investment in learning is paying off.

Success Tracking: Monitor your total completion count and see the split between mandatory and self-assigned learning.

Centralised Certificate Management: In a major update, HR users can now download certificates for any team member directly from the completions list by pressing the certificate icon under the Actions header.

Overdue

The Overdue assignments report is a real-time "action centre." Its purpose is to help you identify and resolve gaps in training before they become a compliance risk.

Urgency Brackets: To help you prioritise your follow-ups, overdue tasks are grouped by how long they have been outstanding: 1-7 days, 8-14 days, 15-30 days, or 30+ days.

Send Reminder Emails: You can send instant reminders to get your team back on track. Use the "Reminder" button at the top of the overdue assignments list for a bulk reminder, or select specific individuals from the list for a more targeted follow-up by pressing the reminder icon under the actions header.

Always Current: Unlike other reports, this one does not use a year filter. It is a live snapshot of what needs attention right now. As soon as an employee completes their course, they are automatically removed from this list.
