New Partner - Demo account accreditation tasks

To help you best understand the Breathe system, we've set up some training tasks for you to complete.

Once these are completed email sian.bishop@breathehr.com so that the tasks can be checked and signed off.

Firstly, you will need to log in to your Partner Hub via this URL to access your demo account: Breathe Partner Hub (Bookmark this link)

Once you are logged in to your Partner Hub, simply click on the little person icon (as shown in red below) to log in to your demo account.


Tasks

We have already added some dummy-data to your demo account to get you started. We recommend that you stick with Abby, Dylan, Jay and Ben to begin with to keep things simple and easy. You can see all demo employees by going to People > Our People.


Task 1.

Set up a part-time 20-hour week working pattern. Allocate 4 hours for the days of Monday-Friday.

To set up a new working pattern, go to configure > settings > working pattern.

Task 2.

Set up a holiday allowance of 18 days.

To set up a new holiday allowance, go to configure > settings > holiday allowances.

Task 3.

Assign both the working pattern and holiday allowance to Abby. Access her profile by going to People > Our People > Click Abby > Click the More tab > Working patterns & holiday allowance.

Task 4.

Add a company document and set the audience as 'all people'.

For the sake of the demo this can be a blank word document saved as ‘Company Handbook’.

Set the read-by date for 3 months’ time.

Task 5.

Set up Line Manager permissions, making sure Leave and Sickness are ticked in columns 'view' and 'manage'.

Other than this you can adapt this to your preference.

To access the permissions, head to configure > settings > change what line managers can see and do.

Task 6.

Go on to Abby’s profile and add some upcoming leave.

Don’t forget that you’re logged in as a Partner - there won’t be any approval needed as you’re the one adding it.

Task 7.

Add a sickness log for Ben from anytime ‘last week’, and mark as completed
before submitting.

Task 8.

Add a training log for Abby- this can be anything you want.

Task 9.

Assign Dylan as Abby, Jay and Ben's Line Manager.

You'll first need to set Dylan up as a manager within her profile under the more tab and permissions.

Task 10.

Switch on all chargeable modules by heading to Configure > Settings > Modules > Chargeable modules.


Please note:

You won't be charged for switching these modules on. Your demo looks exactly like a real Breathe account, so we keep the prices on there for when you demo the modules, so your client understands that they are chargeable.

However, the additional modules in your demo account is completely free of charge.


And you're done! Congratulations on completing these training tasks! 🎉

Now all you need to do is email sian.bishop@breathehr.com so that the tasks can be checked and signed off.
