Creating a report
2. Choose the report you want to create:
3. Choose the filters you would like to apply to your report and then click 'generate':
4. Your report will then be displayed.
Reports are also customisable, so you can view specific data generated from the report, by selecting the 'column' button shown below;
Saving the report
Click the upload icon to save the report:
2. Name the report and click save:
Scheduling a report
After generating a report, you can then schedule a report by selecting the 'more' icon, then 'Report schedule':
2. Select the Enable report schedule box, then choose how often to generate the report, the day/time, PDF or CSV format, when you'd like it to start and who should receive this report:
Reports will be emailed to you on the scheduled day of the week you select.
What else can you do?
You can go back to the report parameters page by selecting the filter icon:
You can also rename the report by clicking Save as, and you can export the report to CSV and to PDF, and you can delete the report:
