So you are an Admin or HR user on the account but not receiving your people's leave requests? Below are some of the common reasons why this might be.
1: You are not their Holiday Approver:
In order to receive leave notifications of your people, you will need to be their holiday approver. Below is a tutorial on how you assign yourself this permission:
2: They are a HR user:
If you are, in fact, their holiday approver and are still not receiving their leave notifications, it is likely that they are down as not needing approval for their leave. This can be toggled on/off within the settings as seen below by following the pathway - Configure > Settings > Change what HR users can see and do:
