How to set up a new user in the Partner Hub

Step-by-step guide to setting up a new consultant in your Partner Hub

If you're a Breathe Partner, you will have been set up with a Partner Hub, however you can also give your team access to the hub too. This is perfect if they need to access all your clients, or only access the clients they look after.

Step 2: Go to Settings > Users > click the blue plus

Step 3: Enter their details

Ticking 'Hub Admin' will give them full access to your Partner Hub and your client accounts.

By enabling 'email notifications', they will receive notification emails for the clients they manage.

Step 4: Assign them to the client accounts

Access your dashboard > click the arrow under actions > assign them as a user to the desired client account.

Step 5: Send their login details

Head to Settings > Users > Click the envelope icon on the right to email them their login credentials for the Partner Hub.
