Why have I been locked out?
Been locked out of your account when trying to log in? There are two likely reasons for this:
You've attempted to enter your password incorrectly too many times
You've entered a temporary password incorrectly when trying to change your password
After 5 failed attempts, your account will be locked to ensure security.
In either of these scenarios, we'll lock your account to ensure your data is kept safe.
If you've been locked out of your account, you'll receive the below email: This email is labeled 'Account locked' and includes a password reset link to help you regain access.
Restoring access to your account
All you need to do is to use the password reset link included in the 'Account locked' email sent to you. Please note that 'Forgot password' links will not work if your account is locked.
This will then take you to the password reset screen:
Then:
Enter your Breathe email address & hit the green 'Reset Password' button to receive your temporary password via email
Use this temporary password to reset your password
Enter your new password
You should now have full access to Breathe π
