How to assign duties to your people within Breathe

Working in an office environment requires multiple people to satisfy workplace Health & Safety regulations (e.g first aid, fire warden).

The question is: can this be represented within Breathe? The good news is, yes, you can accurately represent this & have it show within people's profiles.

A list of duties available to show on an employees profile are:

  • First aider

  • Fire warden

  • Mental health first aider

  • Health & safety officer

  • Key holder

In the image below, you can see where this will show up on the employee profile once they're assigned these duties:

These duties can be viewed by you/your people within the employee directory, and will also show up as a column on the data export report.
