In this guide, you'll learn how booked leave (from Breathe's HR module) integrates with Rota, Time & Attendance, along with how to add unavailability for shifts.
Leave on Breathe & Rota, Time & Attendance
You can now see any leave that's been booked in Breathe, directly within your rota when building your team's schedule - making it easier than ever to have full visibility of when your team can work.
Data is pulled through immediately when leave is approved within Breathe, so any changes to availability will be picked up in real-time.
This will show as 'on leave' within the rota scheduler (as shown below):
Unavailability
You can also allow your people to add their 'unavailability'. Different to leave, you might ask people to add unavailability for a shift if they have an appointment or training, instead of needing to book leave through Breathe's HR module.
This can be added within the employee dashboard, and will also show in the manager dashboard for approval.
You might allow your team to book this whenever needed, however similarly to leave, you can adjust the settings to require approval for these requests. This can be activated by heading to Configure > RTA Settings > Rota settings.
