How to Cancel Your Subscription:
Need to pause, cancel, or adjust your subscription? No problem — you can manage everything directly from your Patient Dashboard. Here's how:
Head to your Patient Dashboard. 🖥️
Click “Subscription History” on the left menu. 📜
Tap the arrow next to your active subscription. ➡️
Choose one of these options under "Subscription Actions":
⛔ Cancel your subscription.
⏲️ Pause it and resume when you're ready.
Pause Your Subscription Notice:
You are selecting to pause your subscription. If not resumed within 30 days, your medical prescriber will be required to restart your medication at an initial dosage — your previous dosage strength will not be continued. To maintain your current dosage, resume your subscription before your 30-day window closes. By pausing your subscription, you acknowledge the above information.
📆 Adjust your renewal date (just a heads-up: it must be at least 2 days from now and no sooner than 10 days before your current renewal date).
Important: Please contact us to confirm your cancellation request after following these steps. This ensures everything is processed correctly! Once your cancellation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email documenting the cancellation. If you notice any charges after cancellation, verify the status of your subscription and contact support if necessary.
Important Note for 3-Month Plans:
For 3-month plans, please note that you can only renew your subscription 10 weeks after your most recent order. This is because the healthcare providers will not approve another 3-month supply before that time. 🔔
Pending Orders: Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not cancel orders already processed.

Verify the status of your subscription and any pending orders.
Contact Brello Health support to request a refund if necessary.
Common Scenarios:
Charges After Cancellation: If you notice a charge after canceling, it may be tied to an order processed before the cancellation. In such cases, you can request a refund. Refunds for canceled subscriptions are typically returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. Please note that filing a bank dispute during this timeframe may cause delays in the refund process and posting timeline.
