How to Cancel Your Subscription:
Need to pause, cancel, or adjust your subscription? No problem — you can manage everything directly from your Patient Dashboard. Here’s how:
Head to your Patient Dashboard. 🖥️
Click “Subscription History” on the left menu. 📜
Tap the arrow next to your active subscription. ➡️
Choose one of these options under "Subscription Actions":
⛔ Cancel your subscription.
⏲️ Pause it and resume when you're ready.
📆 Adjust your renewal date (just a heads-up: it must be at least 2 days from now and no sooner than 10 days before your current renewal date).
Important: Please contact us to confirm your cancellation request after following these steps. This ensures everything is processed correctly!
Important Note for 3-Month Plans:
For 3-month plans, please note that you can only renew your subscription 10 weeks after your most recent order. This is because the healthcare providers will not approve another 3-month supply before that time. 🔔

Keeping your information accurate and up-to-date is simple! You can manage many of your details directly within your Patient Dashboard.
Here's how to access and edit your information:

Click "Settings" on the left menu. ⚙️
Once you're in the Settings section, you can:
Edit your name 🧑🤝🧑
Update your phone number 📞
Change your email address 📧
Adjust your height (feet and inches) and your weight 📏⚖️
Add any medications you are currently taking 💊
List any allergies you may have 🤧
Add a new address 🏡
Manage your payment methods (add, update, or remove) 💳
