It's crucial to understand that cancelling your subscription DOES NOT automatically cancel your current, active order. Your current order will proceed and be shipped as scheduled unless you specifically confirm its cancellation with our team.
Cancelling Your Current Order & Refund Policy π¦πΈ
To cancel an order that is already processed or pending shipment, direct confirmation with our customer service team is required.
As per our refund policy for completed telehealth visits and chosen plan cancellations, your total payment can be refunded, minus a $50 service fee.
To proceed with cancelling your current order and initiate your refund, please contact our customer service team to confirm your cancellation request. If we do not receive your confirmation, the order will be processed and shipped as scheduled. βοΈβ
Cancelling Your Subscription for Future Orders ποΈ
If you wish to cancel your subscription to prevent future automatic renewals, you can do so through your patient portal. This will stop all future billing and shipments.
Hereβs how you can cancel your subscription:
Log in to your Patient Portal π
Go to "Subscription History." β‘οΈ
Click the arrow on the right of your current subscription to open it. π±οΈ
Scroll to the bottom. π
Under "Subscription Actions," click "Cancel" to cancel your subscription. β
