We understand that sometimes plans change. Here's what you need to know about canceling your order with Brello Health:
Policy for Order Cancellation:
If your Provider-Led Health Review was completed and a prescription order has been submitted, you have a specific window to cancel that order. Brello can issue a refund of the total amount you paid, minus a $50 service fee.
To be eligible for this type of cancellation and refund, you must provide Brello with written notice via email at info@brellohealth.com. on the same day as your telehealth visit. 📧
Please note that once your compounded medication has been prepared and shipped, the order can no longer be canceled or refunded due to the nature of compounded medications and pharmacy regulations.
