This article will explain how to locate and edit the templates you have saved.

First, we will need to take a look at the Library to see the breakdown of what you can start editing.

As you can see from the screenshot, you can access your phases, workouts, blocks, exercises, and progressions. Note: Progressions is a feature that is only available on our Enterprise packages.

To condense your search even more you can click on "my phases, etc..." on the left of your library.

Refining your search or using the search bar will help to quickly find the templates you'd like to edit.

Editing a Phase

Find the template phase you'd like to edit. Click on the pencil icon to edit.

You can make edits like changing workout days, swapping blocks, and switching exercises. All changes are saved automatically

Editing a Workout

Find the template workout you'd like to edit. Click on the pencil "edit" button.

Editing a Block

Find the template block you'd like to edit. Click on the pencil "edit" button.

Editing Exercises

Find the exercise you'd like to edit. Click on that exercise and make edits. If you'd like to edit the name or the exercise cues then you will need to click on the pencil "edit" button. Be sure to save changes before changing anything else.

You can also make edits to prescribed weight, reps or reps per side, add tags to exercises for faster searching, and preset parameters.

You can add a video or add images to your exercises by clicking the icon in the bottom right corner. Please note to only upload original videos less than 30s and less than 480p in size.

Here is an article that walks you through the steps of adding videos to exercises: https://intercom.help/bridgeathletic/en/articles/2029274-how-to-add-videos-in-the-exercise-library

Keep in mind:

Updates made to templates will not be applied to places this template has been added. To adjust a template that is added to a program you will need to update that specific program.
