Edit users

Advisors have the power to edit student accounts, parent accounts and their own account.

Editing student details

Step 1: Go to Students in the left-side menu.

Step 2: Find your student in the list.


Step 3: On the right-hand side click on the more menu icon

Step 4: A drop-down list will appear. Click on Edit Student.

Step 5: Update the student information. Options include: profile picture, name, email address, advisor and year of graduation.

Note: For Managebac students, you will need to edit student details in Managebac, with the exception of assigning advisors

Step 6: When you are finished, click Edit Student.

You are also able to edit students' application information and their supplementary material.

Editing your staff profile

Step 1: Click on your Name or Profile Picture in the top right hand corner of BridgeU.


Step 2: Select Profile from the drop-down list.


Step 3: On the next page, staff can change all of their personal profile details for their account. Options include: profile picture, name, email address and password.


Step 4: When you are finished, click Save Changes.

Note: You are unable to edit a colleague's personal profile details. If you need to modify a colleague's email, they will need to edit this themselves or you will need to contact our support team.

Editing parents

Step 1: Navigate to a student account with parents attached.


Step 2: Click into the more menu icon

Then Edit Student.

Step 3: Scroll down to modify the parent information. Options include: name and email address.

Step 4: When you are finished, click Edit Student.
