Rather than manually selecting leads, most users simply follow the recommended Next Best Action β€” ensuring reminders go out consistently, accurately, and without extra effort. Your role is to review and personalize the content if needed before sending.


🧭 Getting Started

You'll typically open this presentation from a Next Best Action. To review or edit it ahead of time:

  • Go to Explore in the main app

  • Navigate to Referral Phase β†’ Sale Anniversary

  • Click Explore to open the presentation editor

Note: When editing a touchpoint in Explore, select any contact to preview and make your edits, then save. Your changes will be ready the next time you send that touchpoint to any of your leads.

Want to make changes? Click Edit at the bottom of the screen, adjust the content, then click Save to apply.

Note: If you simply want to save your edits as the default template, click the home icon in the upper left corner and select "Save and Return to Dashboard"

  • Click Save to apply your changes for future use

  • Click Continue to review Sending Options and deliver the touchpoint now
