  • Click on "Save" and that's it, from now on, members subscribing will be committed for the given amount of time.

If you are editing an already existing subscription, the changes will be applied only to future purchases.

Important notes

  • The commitment period won't be displayed on the subscription store on the marketplace and app. You must indicate it in your Description and/or Terms.

  • The commitment period will start from the date of the first invoice of the subscription.

    • In the case of a subscription starting in the future, the commitment period will start from the date of the first invoice (and not the date when the subscription was taken).

    • However, in this case, during the period when the subscription is not yet started. If there is a commitment period, the member won't be able to cancel the subscription themselves.

  • If there is an autorenewal, the commitment period will not be renewed at the renewal.
