How to track subscriptions cancelled by your members?

Learn how to monitor subscription cancellations done by your members.

This feature must be enabled in the settings. To do so, follow this helpsheet.

Your members can cancel their subscriptions independently. You need to be aware when this happens so you can contact your members.

For this, you have 2 methods:

Using Events

  • Go to the "Transactions" tab, then "Direct debits."

  • In the "Recent Events" box, click on the filters.

  • Select "Stopped payments."

  • In the events that appear, look for events containing the mention "Terminated by the member."

  • They contain the date on which the member canceled their subscription.

  • Click on the corresponding line for more information.

Using Reports

  • Go to the "Reports" tab.

  • Find the "Subscriptions" report.

  • In the filters, select "Subscription Status."

  • Indicate "Terminated (member)."

  • Indicate a date range from the creation of your studio to today.

  • Click on "Generate Report."

  • The report will only show subscriptions with the status "Terminated (member)."

You can also use this filter for your dashboards on subscriptions.
